At Nootie, we're committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with care.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on a non-business day are processed the next business day.

  • We offer same-day delivery on prepaid orders over ₹799 within Delhi/NCR, subject to product availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi/NCR: 1 business day

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote / Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 business days

  • Made-to-Order Items: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on courier service performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on your order value, delivery location, and any applicable offers, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

Need to change your shipping address or order details? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate the request, but changes aren't possible once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delays & Cancellations

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, in case of unavoidable delays due to logistics or external factors:

  • Nootie reserves the right to cancel delayed orders.

  • A full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled under such circumstances.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images — see our Refund Policy for how we resolve these cases.
