Refund policy

 

We want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with:

    • Original tags and packaging

    • Invoice

    • Courier receipt

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • We do not reimburse return courier charges.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

To ensure hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Pet Food & Treats

  • Pet Clothing & Accessories

  • Pet Beds

  • Supplements & Medicines

*All Sales during BOGO Offers are Final Sales and  will not have Exchange , Return or Replacement policy


💸 Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection, a refund will be processed to you as a credit note which can be used for future orders.


Please allow standard processing time and in no case cash refund or bank credit will be given.


🔁 Refunds & Replacements for Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, in the rare case of damaged or expired products:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • Based on availability, we will offer a replacement or issue a credit note.

  • Note: Refunds are not applicable if the product was delivered in good condition but got damaged later.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. However, you may still initiate a return (if eligible as per the policy above).
