While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors. In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition with tags, packaging, invoice, and courier receipt. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for pet food, treats, beds, clothing, supplements, or medicines. Refunds are issued after quality checks, to your original payment method. If your item arrives damaged or expired, contact us within 24 hours with photos—we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on availability.
