There are no refunds or exchange on open box. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any order cancellation, refund and exchange.
Product must be returned to us within 15 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. Courier charges for the Return of the product is payable by the Customer. The Pet Point will not provide any return courier charges.

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, It will undergo the quality checks. Post approval by the Quality Check team , Nootie will instantly initiate the Store Credit. No cash Refund/Account transfers are issued by The Pet Point for any given scenario.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
In Case Of Damage Delivery
We keep a good care and are careful not to stock or ship products that have passed their expiry date. If damage has occurred in transit, do get in touch with our customer care team within 24 hours of your delivery with all the relevant images.

No Refund will be issued. Replacement / Exchange is possible as per the availability else a store credit will be issued.
Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products in intact/ unused condition .
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return is possible for all orders/products.
